Filming at the Galleria Mall

 The second day of filming started off a little rocky. At first the filming was supposed to take place on the weekend at an abandoned building. However, this did not turn out as planned. The abandoned building that was supposed to be used was to available anymore. Also, due to scheduling some of the actors had to cancel before the day filming was supposed to take place. Some of them had to do their own filming and others were on vacation. This was time for the backup plans. Instead of filming in an abandoned building, the location was changed to the Galleria Mall. My partner and I called the mall in advance and got to film as long as no body was disturbed. Also the days of filming were split into two days due to the extra actors schedules. The first day of filming was with Elena who played the villain of the story. The second included Ashley, Kayla, and other extras who would play the dead bodies. In the Galleria the filming would take place in a creepy hallway which the dead bodies are found in and in the parking garage were I would end up shot while Aja drives away. The scene that was probably the most difficult for me was the scene where I got "shot". This is because the scene required a lot of retakes as I had to take in mind that I should not get hurt and I had to make it look good. This took many trial runs as safety was the most important. In a lot of the scenes I had to do more of the physical work with the acting, which included falling down a lot. Because safety was very important I managed to do these scene safely with being unharmed. I was in charge of making sure everyone was there with the props, and on the set at the right time. This included some of the most important props which included the ray gun, the fake blood, and the costumes/outfits. In conclusion everything turned out well as everyone was safe and all the right props were gathered for the scenes.
